Mâitre de cuisine Marius Schlatter has been head chef here since April 2014, where he demonstrates all his knowledge and skill, and more particularly his passion for aroma and detail.
After successfully completing his training at the Lamm, plus several more years of experience and travel elsewhere, he has found his way back home to realise his ambitions as a chef – with a combination of tradition, innovation and visionary ideas.
For those with special dietary needs or allergies: all of the items on our menu are provided with allergen information. Of course you can also consult our staff about allergens at any time, so omitting or substituting an ingredient does not mean that you have to forego the enjoyment of a dish.
